Now, we’re looking for a veteran Game Designer to take charge of the design vision and execution of our next hyper-casual/casual mobile music game.

• Own the design process—from concept to live operations—ensuring engaging core mechanics, strong meta loops, and seamless monetization.
• Hire and manage external contractors to handle short-term workloads, ensuring the core team remains lean (max 5 people) while scaling production when necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—working closely with artists, developers, and analysts to iterate and improve based on data and player insights.
• Stay ahead of trends—bringing fresh ideas and insights into the evolving landscape of music and casual gaming.

• Veteran-level experience in game design (5+ years), with at least one successful hyper-casual/casual mobile game launched.
• Experience working in a full-remote environment, with a self-driven and ownership-first mindset.
• Strong passion for music and games—you don’t need to be a musician, but if you love rhythm-based gameplay, even better.
