Studio One (S1) is a lean, experienced studio on a mission to build the most important music game series. A strategic partnership with Amanotes, the top name in music game publishing, guarantees industry-leading support for everything we create.

Now, we’re looking for a veteran Game Producer to form our new Red team, focus on creating hybrid-casual/casual mobile music games.

• Own the design and production process—from concept to live operations—ensuring engaging core mechanics, strong meta loops, and seamless monetization.
• Hire and manage external contractors to handle production workloads, best utilize our pool of game ideas and insights, while ensuring your core team remains lean (max 5 people).
• Drive Product Validation - Plan and execute product and market testing initiatives. Analyze data and extract actionable insights to inform greenlight decisions and roadmap evolution.
• Stay ahead of trends—bringing fresh ideas and insights into the evolving landscape of music and casual gaming.

• Veteran-level experience in mobile game production (8+ years), with at least one successful hyper/hybrid/casual mobile game launched.
• Experience working in a full-remote environment, with a self-driven and ownership-first mindset.
• Strong passion for music and games—you don’t need to be a musician, but if you love rhythm-based gameplay, even better.
